Here’s how to make matcha mille crepes that are easy to make at home, viz.
– 400 ml fresh milk
– 3 tbsp sugar
– 3 eggs UK. Big
– 25 gr butter, melted
– 138 gr of low protein flour
– 12 gr matcha powder
– 1/2 sdt baking powder
– A little oil for greasing Teflon
– 240 ml whipping cream cair
– 3 tbsp sugar
How to make:
a. Warm the liquid milk and sugar over low heat, not boiling or just lukewarm. Remove and set aside.
b. In another bowl, beat the eggs using a whisk then add the warm milk slowly and gradually.
c. Add melted butter and mix well.
d. Enter the mixture of flour, matcha powder and baking powder while sifting together and gradually, stir until smooth and not lumpy.
e. Then strain, cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
f. Heat a small Teflon skillet, grease with oil and then pour 1 tablespoon of vegetables and shake until it forms a thin circle, cook until cooked on both sides. Lift aside.
g. Make the filling, mixer whipping cream and granulated sugar until fluffy, a little stiff but.
h. Once cool, prepare a large flat plate and place the crepes, spread with filling, stack with crepes and spread the filling until finished. Top sprinkle with matcha powder.
i. Then wrap in plastic and put in the refrigerator for only 2 hours.
