Material:

  • 2 handfuls of Moringa leaves.
  • 200 g pumpkin, cut into pieces.
  • 7 cloves of red onion, thinly sliced.
  • 700 ml santan.
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste.

How to make:

1. Boil half of the coconut milk with pumpkin and red onion until it boils.

2. Enter the remaining coconut milk, mix well.

3. Enter the Moringa leaves, season with salt and sugar.

4. Cook briefly until boiling and the leaves are cooked, remove and serve.

4. Sauteed Squid Moringa Leaves

Material:

  • 250 gr cumi
  • 1 bunch of Moringa leaves
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 5 pieces of chili
  • 6 cloves of red onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Adequate flavoring
  • Sugar to taste

How to make:

1. Cut the squid into small pieces and pick the Moringa leaves, wash thoroughly.

2. Slice the onions, shallots, garlic, chilies, and tomatoes, saute in butter until fragrant.

3. Enter the squid, give the oyster sauce and add a little water until the squid is cooked.

4. Add the Moringa leaves, add salt, sugar, and seasoning. Taste test, serve.
