• kg tapioca flour
• wheat flour
• Beef salary (beef fat)
• 7 cloves of garlic
• Fried red onions
• Pepper powder
• 30 pieces of cayenne pepper
How to make:
1. Boil the cayenne pepper with boiling water for the spicy seasoning of the baso aci sauce.
2. After boiling, add the boiled cayenne pepper into the blender along with the water and add a little oil, then puree.
3. Heat 2 cups of water to a boil.
4. Put tapioca flour and wheat flour into a bowl, add a little salt.
5. After boiling, slowly add water into the flour mixture and stir until the flour mixture has a thick and chewy texture.
6. Prepare beef lard and put it in boiling water.
7. After the beef lard is cooked, drain and cool to cut into cubes.
8. Grate the garlic, salt, and pepper powder, then mix with the beef fat.
9. Shape the aci dough into a round shape and enter the beef lard ingredients into it for the meatball filling and do it repeatedly.
10. Prepare the water and bring to a boil, then put the beef meatballs into it, if the meatballs are floating, then remove them and put them in cold water so that the meatballs don’t stick together.
11. Slice the garlic, scallions, and celery.
12. Heat a little oil and add sliced garlic, wait until fragrant.
13. After fragrant, add enough water to boil, add sliced scallions and celery.
14. Add salt and seasoning powder to the water to add savory taste.
15. Enter the meatball aci then stir and wait until the meatball floats.
16. Remove and serve, meatballs can be added with spicy seasoning according to taste.
