After resting for a few years, Xiaomi returned to the tablet market with the launch of the Mi Pad 5 and Mi Pad 5 Pro earlier this week.
The new tablet brings a lot of exciting new features and improvements. However, Xiaomi for now does not reveal any details about the global release. However, information has been obtained from Gizmochina that the Mi Pad 5 is heading to Europe.
Quoted by Gizmochina, Sunday, the information was revealed by a source in the supply chain, and according to him the Mi Pad 5 will be launched in Europe next month, but there is no specific date regarding the launch yet.
The Mi Pad 5 has an 11-inch 120Hz LCD display with Dolby Vision and HDR10. There’s a Snapdragon 860 processor under the hood along with 6GB of RAM and a choice of 128GB or 256GB of storage space.
This tablet has a single camera on the back measuring 13MP, as well as an 8MP selfie camera. The Mi Pad 5 has quad speakers but no audio jack is available.
This tablet has an 8720mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging, Wi-Fi 5, and Bluetooth 5.0. Mi Pad 5 runs MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11 and supports stylus and casing keyboard.
