Eating Chocolate is Beneficial for Menopausal Women

The reason is, 19 postmenopausal women who regularly eat their body mass index are actually stable.

Eating 3.5 ounces of chocolate in the morning, especially one hour after waking up, is said to reduce hunger and cravings for sweet foods.
