Samsung Named Best Android Phone, Beat Huawei

  • Share, JAKARTA – Samsung’s line of smartphones is still the leader in the Best Android Phones category.

Citing Phone Arena, Saturday (14/8/2021), Samsung beat other brands, including Huawei, Google Pixel, Xiaomi, and Sony Experia.

Meanwhile, 3 Android smartphones made by Samsung that ranked first to third, including the Samsung Galaxy S10+, Samsung Galaxy S10e, and Samsung Galaxy S10. Underneath, entrenched Huawei 20 Pro and Huawei Mate 20.

In terms of price, the three Samsung products above are more expensive than the 2 Huawei products, which are ranked 4 and 5. However, the technology used by the products that are thrown into the market has the same target market, namely high-end.

The mobile phone series, which was first sold in February 2019, is priced in the range of Rp. 10 million – Rp. 24 million. While the two Huawei products, namely the Huawei Mate 20 Pro and Huawei Mate 20, are priced in the range of Rp. 8 million and Rp. 13 million, respectively.

When viewed in terms of specifications, the Samsung Galaxy S10+ is supported by the Snapdragon 855 chip which is claimed to be very strong. The composition of the construction of the item consists of glass and metal, the fingerprint reader is built into the screen.

The screen size of the Samsung Galaxy S10+ is 6.4-inch OLED screen, 4100mAh battery, and 12GB of RAM storage. Meanwhile, a 12MP camera with 2x telephoto zoom capability and capable of capturing a wide angle.

On the front, a curved screen stretches on each side with slight interruptions from the oval-shaped 12MP camera feature. The front camera has autofocus and 4K video recording technology.

While its competitors, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro are equipped with high-resolution OLED display with a notch at the top that has face-recognition system like the iPhone’s Face ID.

Huawei Mate 20 Pro also comes with an in-display fingerprint reader, 3x zoom rear camera with range angle spacious, 4200 mAh battery with the ability to recharge from 0 percent to 70 percent in 30 minutes.
