  • 2 lemongrass stalks that have been crushed and tied
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • Min leaves as needed
  • 5 gr of green tea

1. Put lemon grass, ginger, some mint leaves and green tea in a teapot. Brew with water that is not too hot. Leave it for three minutes.

2. After three minutes, pour the tea water into the glass. Add lime juice and a little honey.

However, honey should not be added when the tea is still hot so that its properties are not lost. Herbal tea is ready to be served.
