3. Papaya and lime


  • 1/2 ripe papaya
  • 1 lime
  • Palm sugar or honey to taste

How to make:

  1. Cut the papaya into small pieces, Mother. If you want, you can also smooth it with a blender.
  2. Add lime juice and palm sugar or honey to taste.

Note: This herb can help cleanse the bad fats in the intestines and smooth bowel movements.

4. Apple banana dates


  • 3 dates
  • 1/2 local apple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 sdt chia seeds
  • 1 piece of ginger about the size of an adult’s thumb
  • Enough water

How to make:

  1. Mix all ingredients (except chia seeds) using a blender, Mother. Then add enough water.
  2. Once mixed well, add the chia seeds on top.

Note: This recipe is best taken in the morning, Mom.

5. Beetroot and carrot juice


  • 1 for bit
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 lime or lemon
  • A spoonful of non-refined salt

How to make:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients using a blender yes, Mother.
  2. Once smooth, transfer to a serving glass.

Note: Drink this concoction 10 minutes before meals.
