TEMPO.CO, Mataram – In accordance with the government’s policy to reduce the rate of the Reserve Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) inspection service, PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Lombok Airport adjusted the RT-PCR service tariff or PCR test at Lombok Airport, Friday, August 20, 2021.
In this provision, it is stated that the highest tariff limit for RT-PCR examinations in Java and Bali is Rp. 495 thousand and RT-PCR examinations outside Java and Bali are Rp. 525 thousand.
Previously, regulations related to RT-PCR service rates in Indonesia were regulated in the Circular Letter of the Ministry of Health Number HK. 02.02/I/3713/2020 concerning the Limitation of the Highest Rate of RT-PCR Examination on October 5, 2020 with the highest retail price of Rp. 900 thousand
According to Nugroho, the reduction in the cost of RT-PCR will help increase the number of Covid-19 tests so that the transmission of this pandemic can be more controlled. “This reduction is also expected to increase people’s confidence to travel by air transportation so that aircraft passengers can gradually increase again,” he said.
The RT-PCR test service at Lombok Airport has collaborated with laboratories registered with the Ministry of Health. RT-PCR inspection services and rapid antigen tests at Lombok Airport are available every day starting at 05.30-17.00 WITA, located in the west side of the vehicle parking area.
The results of the PCR test are still a requirement for travel by air transportation from Lombok to Java Island, Bali Island and PPKM level 3 and 4 areas and vice versa.
