- 2 eggs
- 200 grams of granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons emulsifier (SP/TBM)
- 275 grams of medium protein flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 225 ml plain fizzy drink (eg f&n)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 drops pink coloring
- 2 drops of light green coloring
Beat eggs, sugar, and emulsifier until stiff 10 minutes.
Enter the flour and baking powder while sifting alternately with plain soda while shaking slowly.
Add vanilla essence.
Take 50 grams of dough add pink coloring. Stir well.
Take 50 grams of dough add light green dye. Stir well.
Leave the rest white.
Spoon white batter into steamed sponge mold lined with parchment paper.
Add pink dough and light green dough on top.
Steam for 10 minutes over high heat until cooked.
