Recipe for Pakcoy Flush Sauteed Button Mushrooms

  1. Boil pakcoy with salt water, just for a minute, so it’s not too soft. Then drain.
  2. Crush and finely chop the garlic. Slice the onion tips.
  3. Slice button mushrooms to taste.
  4. Saute garlic and onions until fragrant and wilted.
  5. Add button mushrooms, stir.
  6. Pour water, give sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, salt, sugar and flavoring.
  7. Stir until smooth, then cornstarch solution. Stir until smooth and let it thicken.
  8. Check the taste, turn off the stove.
  9. Arrange the pakcoy on a plate, then pour it over with the sauteed mushrooms.
