Today’s Menu: Kencur Fried Rice, Ribs Soup and Spiced Egg Petis

What are you cooking today? It seems that cooking eggs can be a delicious dish for the family, especially if Fimela’s Friend happens to have petis at home. Let’s make eggs with the following petis seasoning.

Ingredients and seasonings:

  • 10 boiled eggs, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 15 pieces of tofu pong
  • 3 tbsp shrimp paste
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 onions
  • 2cm roasted terrace
  • 10 pieces of red chili
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 3 lime leaves, remove the backs
  • salt and sugar to taste
  • 100 ml air
  • oil for frying

How to make:

  1. Puree the garlic, onion and shrimp paste. Saute until fragrant and add the lime leaves.
  2. Add petis and sweet soy sauce, mix well.
  3. Pour enough water, salt, sugar and pepper and cayenne pepper. Cook until boiling.
  4. Add the eggs and tofu, cook until the spices are absorbed or until the sauce reduces and thickens.
