Easy Chicken Karaage Recipe

INDOZONE.ID – If you want to have a snack this morning, how about eating Chicken Karaage? Well, we can make this one menu at home. For those of you who are interested in making it, here is an easy recipe.

Material :

  • 500 grams of boneless top chicken thigh

Perendam:

  • 250 ml soy sauce or shoyu
  • 2 tbsp finely grated red apple
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped or grated onion
  • 2 cloves of grated garlic
  • 1 tsp pepper powder.

Coating:

  • 200 g of seasoning flour
  • 500 ml air es

How to Make Chicken Karaage:

  1. Wash clean then drain and cut into 2 or 3 parts.
  2. Soaking : Stir all ingredients together.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade.
  4. Place in a covered container and refrigerate for 1 hour. The longer it is stored, the more the flavors will absorb.
  5. Dip each piece of seasoned chicken in the iced water and then roll in the seasoned flour.
  6. Press or massage so that all parts of the chicken are evenly coated with flour.
  7. Heat plenty of oil in a deep saucepan or skillet over medium heat.
  8. Fry the karaage until all parts are golden yellow and dry. Lift and drain.
  9. Karaage is ready to be served warm with mayonnaise or tomato sauce.
