JAKARTA, JITUNEWS.COM – DKI BPK found data on employees who died and retired at the DKI Provincial Government still receiving salaries. The chairman of the PDIP faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Gembong Warsono, is worried that the provincial government’s employee data will be manipulated.
“There are many factors, the first factor is the inaccuracy of the personnel database that we have. The second factor is maybe it was created that way, so that there should be manipulation of people who have died but they still get a salary. I’m worried about the second,” said Gembong to journalists, Friday (6/8).
He asked the DKI Provincial Government to fix the personnel data it has.

“But whatever, whether the first factor or the second factor, the most important thing for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is how to immediately fix the personnel data that we have, both ASN and non-ASN. Because our non-ASN staffing data is much larger,” he said.
Gembong said the BPK’s findings were a red light for the DKI Provincial Government. Gembong hopes that a similar incident will not happen again.
“So this is a red light for the DKI Provincial Government to fix the data that we have so that in the future what happens like what the BPK finds next year will not happen again,” said Gembong.
