  • 130 gr wheat flour
  • 100 gr of granulated sugar
  • 100 gr butter, melt
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 ml of white liquid milk
  • 1/2 sdt baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Toppings (Optional)
  • Meses (to taste)
  • Cheese (to taste)

How to make:

  1. Prepare materials. Then, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla and salt. Sift briefly then enter into the egg mixture little by little alternating with the milk until there are no lumps.
  3. Add melted butter and mix with a spatula. Once smooth, cover the dough with a napkin and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat the mold that has been given butter or margarine over low heat.
  5. Pour the mixture up to half the mold. Give mesis or cheese topping according to taste.
  6. Cover for about 3 minutes, then remove and serve.
