(SPEAKING) – Three Afghans died horribly after falling from a United States airplane that was already in airspace, Monday (16/8/2021).
As reported by NDTV, there is a viral video recording the moments of the three people’s fall.
The three are suspected of being illegally on the plane. They are in the plane’s wheelbase, so they can fall.
The incident is part of the horror of the situation in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, after the area was captured by the Taliban on Sunday (15/8) last weekend.
In the viral video, a stowaway can be seen falling from the plane. Those guys just looked like dots.

“Three Kabulans who tried to leave the country by hiding beside tires or wings of an American plane fell on the roofs of local residents. They lost their lives because of the terrible conditions in Kabul,” wrote Tariq Majidi, a journalist for TOLO News as the video caption.
Meanwhile, in another video, it looks like chaos at Kabul Airport on the same day. The crowd was on the runway trying to block the US plane from taking off.
At least five people died at the airport as people packed the tarmac and tried to forcibly board the plane leaving the Afghan capital. It is not known whether they were killed by gunfire or trampled on.
Crowds, including women and small children, began gathering outside Kabul airport since Sunday evening.
They were determined to leave after the Taliban entered the presidential palace and President Ashraf Ghani left the country.
Many of them climbed the walls and broke through the barbed wire around the airport.
U.S. forces fired warning shots into the air to prevent crowds of people running into the plane.
Some of them grabbed the wheels and wings of the plane, as shown in the video.
Meanwhile, officials at the US military’s central command were not available for official comment to journalists.
But a US official told Reuters earlier that troops fired into the air at the airport to prevent hundreds of civilians from running onto the tarmac.
“The crowd was out of control,” the official told Reuters by telephone.
“The shooting was only done to defuse the chaos.”
