: Rp. 356.128.000,- (Three hundred fifty six million one hundred twenty eight thousand rupiah).
Participant : This tender is open and can be followed by all procurement participants in the form of a business entity registered in the procurement system of the Public Administration Bureau (BAU) Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. a) Letter of Interest (LOI) expressing interest in participating in this Auction, accompanied by the name & address of the Company, Contact Person (telephone number / WA, email that can be contacted, procurement experience that has been done (if any) and signed by the Management and branded the Company wet .
b) Scan of Trading Business License (SIUP) and Company Registration Certificate (TDP).
c) Scan the Identity (KTP) of the Leader of the Company

: Participants are obliged to comply with procurement ethics by not taking the following actions:
a) trying to influence the members of the Election Working Group in any form and in any way, to fulfill the wishes of the participants
b) take actions that indicate conspiracy with other Participants to regulate the bid price and/or Tender results, thereby reducing/inhibiting/minimizing/eliminating fair business competition and/or harming other parties;
c) produce and/or submit false/incorrect documents and/or information to fulfill the requirements in the Bidding Document; and/or resign for reasons that cannot be accepted by the Election Working Group.
Technical Implementation of Elections
: The selection of partners in this procurement uses the UMS General Administration Bureau (BAU) procurement system which is carried out online at the UMS BAU UMS procurement system website which is located at https://lelang.ums.ac.id/ with the same process and rules. used based on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Procurement of Goods and Services, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta with some adjustments based on the Guidelines for the Implementation of the Procurement of Goods and Services through Type III Swakelola.
: Submission of bids is done online through the website of the BAU UMS Procurement system of goods and services where the bid price is entered into the system and details of prices, pictures and specifications and the brand of each item are made as attachments and must be uploaded to the system.

and Determination of Winners
: Technical evaluation and price evaluation are carried out using the lowest price system. Winners are determined from participants whose bids are declared to meet the technical specifications and quantity of goods and with the lowest bid price.
: Winners will be announced via the BAU UMS website
(bau.ums.ac.id) and through the email of each participant who
enter an offer.
Contract Signing and Submission of Work Orders
: 1. The participant declared as the winner will be contacted by the procurement committee for clarification process and the ability to carry out the work, if the participant declared as the winner is unable to carry out then the Committee will determine the participant with the second lowest price as the winner and for the participant declared as the winner but not able to carry out the work will be subject to sanctions according to the applicable rules in the UMS procurement system.
2. After the participant signs the contract, the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) will issue a Work Order (SPK).
Contract Type and Payment Stage
: The type of contract is lump sum
The payment stage is carried out based on the percentage of the output of the work carried out where the executor of the work after sending the goods / completing the stages of the work and has been checked by the inspection committee and the receipt of goods is entitled to submit payment in accordance with the percentage of payments with the distribution of terms as follows:
The 2nd term is at least 70% of the work. The 3rd term is 100% of the work.
Contract Changes: Contracts can only be changed through addendums/changes to the contract. Addendums/changes to the Contract may be implemented in the event that there is a difference between the field conditions at the time of implementation and the drawings and/or technical specifications specified in the Contract documents and approved by the parties, including:
a) increase or decrease the volume stated in the Contract;
b) adding and/or reducing the types of activities;
c) changing the technical specifications in accordance with field conditions and/or
d) change the implementation schedule
